Cardio means an activity which will increase your heartbeat .workouts which will increase the level of your regular heartbeat to high for a period (during workout) is called a cardio workout.
Let's learn some workouts which are cardio workout.

Mate just do cardio for your health don't be like a fat guy who says I lift heavier but he looks like a pear with stomach out, at the end of the day your health matters not how much you lift.
Cardio might be not easy but it improves your muscles, helps losing fat, improve digestion, help in being healthy and fit and many other benefits.
Not saying only cardio is important but do some lifting weights too.

The more fat you got the more chance of getting health problems is higher. May some bodybuilders say that cardio is hardio and not important but first of all, they are bodybuilders, not you. You are just trying to be healthy, not bulky like them with big stomach ( Bodybuilders or your favorite YouTubers who says cardio is not important to achieve good Body they secretly take supplements like steroids and many other drugs) so choose your life and save time,money by not spending money on what those people say. Cardio will improve your digestion, help in fat loss, make you active, keeps away from the disease. So you have to choose you want your health or not. So I suggest people do cardio.
How many time a week :
I suggest doing cardio more than 3 days per week as your goal ( if you want to lose fat then more than 5 days per week). Make a routine which fits your lifestyle and don't forget to eat healthily. Or for some people who doesn't have time to go gym can do at least 15 minutes or dancing,walking.
