guruj11.blogspot.com

Not losing Fat is a huge problem for lots of people, specially men because fat gets stored mainly in their belly.
Your age, food, workout and others factors plays the role in why your aren't losing body fat. Let's talk about them in details.

Age.
As you get older your body digestion gets slower so your body will not be able to digest fats like it used to do. So, your age plays the role when it comes to not losing fat. As you get older you have to take care on your diet and eat less fat foods.
Food.
If you are gaining lots of muscles it means you are also eating lots of foods. You should take care about what you are eating . Just because it is healthy doesn't mean you have to eat a lot of them, Healthy foods also have lots of calories. You have to consume less foods, over eating calories won't help you lose weight.

Workout.
Just because you are doing exercise doesn't always mean you will lose weight. If you are the type of dude who never does cardio then you will never get rid of fat. Just do some cardio too even if you don't like it.
Try to mix the weight training and cardio. If you don't like cardio then try HIIT.

Rest.
If you sleep less than 8 hours and don't take rest then you will not lose fat. You have to take care of your body, otherwise you will miss out those Important Growth Hormone boost that comes each night during deep sleep.
If you want to lose more fat you have to get more sleep. Most people will ignore this and some of you are probably reading this at 1am.

Things to do.

  • Eat less even if you are eating healthy foods. Healthy foods also have lots of calories so try to consume foods which will be enough.
  • Try performing vacuum pose , It will help you 100 percent.
  • You have to do cardio workouts too if you want to lose fat.
  • Do Hiit if you don't like cardio.
  • Eat less and Burn More calories,Track your calories intake.
  • Stick to your diet, Experiment at least for 3 months before changing diet.
  • Take Rest.
Conclusion.
If you want to lose fat, you will need to consume fewer calories than you burn, requiring your body to harvest stored energy (fat cells) to make up the difference. Reviewing our simplified model of the body, you can eat less (consume fewer calories) or move more (burn more calories). Both are necessary for the speediest results, and resistance training while dieting will help you keep more of the muscle tissue you have gained. Do cardio and do some diet improvements.
