How to lose weight.

Losing weight is a combination of dieting and exercising. You have to manage both of them for a successful weight loss which will last longer. Losing too weight instantly is not healthy and worth because you will gain it back very quickly.

Diet.
Dieting is more important because weight losing and gaining depends 70% on diet and 30% on workout. You have to eat lots of protein,fiber rich foods and minerals. You should also take a small amount of carbs and fat because they help in your workout by providing energy. The carbs and fat should be healthy one like White rice, Eggs, fish, almons e.t.c. Don't eat chocolates,pizza and other fast foods which have a lots of unhealthy fats. Water intake is also important, Drink lots of water it helps flushes toxins and waste from your body and transports the nutrients to the right place. Daily fluid intake is important for our body to function properly and it also helps to get clear skin and helps you to look more beautiful. Vitamins and minerals are also important. You can have 2 big meals a day or 5 small meals a day. Try and see the results by yourself because what works for your doesn't works for other and the things works for other people might not work for you so try and experience . 5 small meals a day is considered to be best by many people and it also help for flat stomach because you aren't eating lots of fat once a time so your stomach won't be bloated. Learn to cook and make healthy foods. Eat lots of veggies and meats. Watch on YouTube about healthy foods and get some tips. Protien is very important because it helps to fix your teared muscles. By protein you have to whole foods not protein powder but if your lifestyle doesn't fit then you should take protein powder.

Exercise.
Workout is also necessary because it is the remaining 30% part of weight loss. You don't need to do long hour of workouts just do few but those few workouts should be the 100%, Give your best. Mixing of Cardio and weight will help to get better results rather then doing cardio or weight workout alone. 45 minutes of workout is enough for a day so it should be short and best. You can also do HIIT if you hate doing cardio.

It doesn't mean that you should do those workout which I suggest, you can make your own routine. Just try to change the workout time by time because your body gets to used with your workout. So for better results keep changing workout.
Also don't forget to drink water between your workout.


Conclusion.
Eat healthy, Give your best while doing workout. Learn to cook if eating outside is expensive.  Drink lots of water. Don't scared to eat because you won't lose weight if you eat too little. Take protein, Eat protein rich foods if you can. Don't do over training, Taking rest is important. It will take time so be humble and keep chasing your goal. You can do home workouts too if you can't make it to the gym. Make it your lifestyle so you won't get fat again. A slow and steady workout is always better than rapid weight loss.
