How to Lose Skinny Fat.

Before talking about how to lose skinny fat we need to know about it clearly. so, first we will talk about what is skinny fat and then we will talk about how to find solution of it.

What is skinny fat.

-There is not any specific definition of skinny fat. Generally skinny fat means a person who doesn't weight heavy but has a lots of amount of fat. Which means that the skinny fat person might be considered as a healthy person but has bloated belly[Women and Men] and man boobs[ Men's].
-Being skinny fat is not considered as bad or unhealthy.
-The problem here is not having enough muscle in the body.

 -Most of the people join the gym do cardio and use weight loss diet but still, they don't manage to lose skinny fat. Because at first we begin to lose water instead of actual fat. And skinny fat people focus on too much cardio exercises which is good but in the skinny fat situation, cardio is not the best option to do exercise. Too much of cardio will decrease the amount of body weight without changing the proportions of body fat to lean mass. You will lose lots of calories but at the end you will just became the smaller skinny version of you. So here a weight loss diet and cardio won't be helpful.
- Most of the skinny people have a big belly, manly boobs where other parts of the body are in good shape and size.

How to lose skinny fat.

- Since we already understand that weight loss diet and cardio is not going to help you on losing skinny fat. The actual important ingredient is Resistance Training. The problem of skinny fat is not weight loss but instead of fat proportions. The goal is to lose fat and the best way to do it is by adding up muscles. By adding muscles your body will lose fat and also get the ever needed definition of skinny fat frame. The Resistance training whether body weight training or lifting weights is the best way to add muscles on your body and give you that more well-proportioned look.
It will take less than 3-4 weeks to get the results so you need to focus on resistance training. You will have the benefit of newbie gains so the results will be much faster. After a few months of training, the newbie gains will be diminished and you will have to choose between Losing more weights[Cut] or building more muscles[bulk]. That choice is up to you. But you should keep in mind that weight lifting is necessary for both scenarios. In losing weight[cut] resistance training will preserve as much as muscles from being broken down and In gaining weight[bulk] resistance training will stimulate muscle growth.
